  • Q. How can I get a duty-free refund?
    • Immediate tax refund: If you make a purchase of 15,000 won or more at our store and present your physical passport, you can receive an immediate tax refund at the store. Please note that items such as sanitary goods, shopping bags, and dried fruit products are not eligible for tax exemption.
    • Post-purchase tax refund: For customers who do not have their physical passport, are not registered with the Korea Customs Service, or have stayed in the country for more than 6 months, you can obtain a refund at the airport's refund counter after receiving the refund voucher.
  • Q. What are the criteria for a tax-free refund?
    • If you purchase a duty-free product (taxable product) worth 15,000 won or more, you are eligible for a VAT refund. Each receipt can be refunded for amounts ranging from a minimum of 15,000 won to a maximum of 1,000,000 won.
    • (with a maximum limit of 5.0 million won). The duty-free rate remains consistent at 5-8% of the purchase amount, regardless of whether it's an immediate refund or tax refund. Duty-free amounts are calculated in increments of 1,000 won.
  • Q. Is it possible to receive a tax refund for products purchased from other brands or stores?

    If you possess a refund slip from the same GTF company as OLIVE YOUNG, please bring your physical passport and visit the GTF desk located at the Global Service Lounge on the 2nd floor.

  • Q. What is the exchange or refund policy/standard?

    Exchanges and refunds are only applicable to regular products (unopened) that can be sold within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided you visit the store with your payment method and purchase receipt. Refunds are only available at the store where the purchase was made. Exchanges, on the other hand, can be conducted at any OLIVE YOUNG store nationwide for items of equal or greater value than the purchase amount.

  • Q. How much does the paid envelope cost?

    Paper Bags cost per unit. (Paper bag: 100 won, Reusable bag: 500 won)

  • Q. Is it possible to have it gift-wrapped?
    • Gift wrapping is available in a gift box, and the cost depends on the size, ranging from 1,000 won to 2,500 won.
    • Gift exchanges are only possible if you have an exchange card.

    OLIVE YOUNG MYEONGDONG GLOBAL STORE doesn't have a restroom. Please use the restroom at the nearest subway station.

  • Q. Is it possible to place a separate order for bulk purchases?
    • Separate orders for bulk purchases are not available at OLIVE YOUNG.
    • You can only purchase the quantity available in the store, so please ask an employee for assistance.
